Hello, we're Ombudsman Services. The TIO's response suggests that they have not reviewed all the facts, otherwise the TIO would not suggest calling the NBN Co directly when that is exactly what the problem is because no -one can make any direct contact with the NBN Co becuase the phone system is down no touch tone functions work though this forms an integral part of the NBN CO's phone communication system.
