There are clear goals and objectives and a tremendous amount of content here that I can hardly believe exists at launch, especially since so much was held back from the campaign which still felt extremely substantive when you were playing. A closed-off section of the map that players have to choose to enter, it contains AI enemies and high-value loot, but also allows players to ally with, or turn on, strangers at will. Let's start. And you can even respec your spent skill points in each tree. You can play with the grenade and rocket launchers, can use a selection of explosive abilities or can simply run around stomping enemies in the ground, which is extremely enjoyable. When it comes to loot there's still a game that can match the sheer generosity of loot drops seen in Borderlands games. Then there are a plethora of other game modes such as the excellent PvP multiplayer called the Crucible the best in the class reallyPvPvE mode called Gambit which sees teams of players battling against NPC enemies, special daily heroic missions, Nightfall strikes, and raids. Beat all four and get to the final world tier, 5, where then you can farm the hardest content for the best loot in the game as much as you want. Interceptors also have access to a selection of devastating abilities made to be used in close quarters. As a package, Warframe is quite generous and stuffed with things to do, it has multiple open-world hubs to farm materials and mods, there is plenty of loot and the game is very generous when it comes to gear drops, and it looks stunning.
I personally like The Division far more than Destiny. Destiny the slog to even get to the Raid netted us 90% of the loot in the game if not more. Now that it's out, it's time to rake The Division over the comparison coals and finally work out this whole 'Is it better than Destiny?' thing once. And yet, I find myself mostly choosing The Division over Destiny when it comes down Did you get something higher than your current gear?.
It all depends on what you expect from a looter shooter and how much time you're ready to invest.
The Division 2 is the best looter shooter you can play right now and is perfect for players who love for their loot shooter to have plenty of RPG elements. And the decision to not be able to see and equip new loot before returning to your base is beyond strange.
On top of that, there are lots of different guns with plenty of exotics that are worth the grind needed to obtain them.
This game is Better than Destiny 2 imho Tom Clancy's The Division General Discussions
Each title yes, even Anthem has reasons to be played so there's something for everyone. Tactical scope, or magical long-bow? Throw in organised manhunts for heavy offenders, and the chance that any other player might just hold the special treasure key you so desperately need, and you have a constantly churning cauldron of distrust, malleable morality, and throat-tightening tension, that threatens to spill out into total carnage at any given moment.
The only thing Destiny 2 has above this imho, is it looks better and has faster action, The gear progession of The Division is what I feel really. Destiny 2, The Division 2, and Anthem. Let's have a triple threat to see who comes out on top in the looter-shooter genre.
Not Anthem, Destiny, Diablohell, this is even beefier than Borderlands in a lot of ways.
The One Reason I'm Playing 'The Division' Over 'Destiny' Right Now
Next, you have control points and open world activities that bore you in other games but here they are welcome because each comes with new loot. On top of that, there are lots of different guns with plenty of exotics that are worth the grind needed to obtain them. Simply finish the campaign about 30 hours or so and that's it!

The first raid that will require groups of eight people and that will last for hours is slated for the end of April and by the end of the game should receive more raids, new story missions, and new endgame content and all of that will be free for everyone, which is great to hear.
Because come on, Ubisoft.
The story is pretty good, better than in most other looter shooters. But I can't say The Division doesn't loot and gear better than Destiny.
. of Us ( shortly after the intro period, well before the main game's era). With so much controversy around Destiny 2 not meeting fan expectations, is The Division the better choice for those looking for a Destiny fix?.
Black Tusk, a paramilitary unit, arrives from out nowhere where each enemy type has a various kind of assault or support drone attached to it which makes encounters more intense than ever.
Let's start. Hit that requirement, beat the stronghold and progress to the next world tier.
Also, Anthem is neck deep in load screens so be ready to see tons of them, over and over again. Throw in organised manhunts for heavy offenders, and the chance that any other player might just hold the special treasure key you so desperately need, and you have a constantly churning cauldron of distrust, malleable morality, and throat-tightening tension, that threatens to spill out into total carnage at any given moment.
